  Needs to get more costumer friendly,and ask the costumer if they can help with anything. The costumer service sucks,and they need to be more flexible about the electronic they sale.kNow their policy before you buy the electronic products.Other than that it's okay to buy. Rate a C+ on costumer service.

  The prices are good and the selection is fine. The cashiers are rude most of the time, failing to greet the customer and too busy talking to other employees while ignoring the customer they're ringing up. Customer service definitely isn't what it once used to be and this WalMart certainly makes that clear. I usually use the self-checkout machines for these reasons, but they have too few of them, they usually have a waiting line when I go, they're only operational certain hours of the day, and they do not have the self-checkout lanes with the conveyor belts for larger orders that I've seen in other stores. It would be nice to see the cashiers treat customers like valued guests or just replace most of them with self-checkout machines that are open 24 hours. But to be fair, this isn't the worse Walmart I've ever experienced and they have a decent selection of products overall. Just don't expect good customer service and you'll be fine.
