  I ordered a shirt and what we discussed was not on the T Shirt. The older lady told me it would me ready on October 1st. I went to pick up the the shirt on October 2nd and the lady told me it wasn't going to be ready until later on that evening. I told her I was heading out of town and could not wait. The lady told me to give her an hour,which I did. When I got the shirt . The shirt was wrong!!!! The older lady decided to put what she wanted on the shirt. They had my phone number and could have easily call me to tell me that a change needed to be made and I needed to come back to approve the change before they printed it on the shirt. I hated the T Shirt, and the older lady wouldn't give me but half my money back. Her reason was its only fair because they had to purchase the T-shirt. I didn't have time to argue with the lady because I was headed out of town , the shirt was needed for the event I was going to, and I was already behind schedule. The last thing the older lady told me was She was sorry but she didn't think it was that big of a deal. I will never go back. I will never use them again.
